DoD: Maybe the close mindedness is just a big convenience to make everyone happy and who are we to judge just because it doesn’t strike our fancy? Just a thought.
bDUB: I wonder but who do they make happy? Gibran said something regarding this
DoD: I don’t know…people are so in love with ‘that’s the way it is.’ People respond with poison when you challenge their identity.
Maybe themselves? Perhaps succumbing to the hyperactive mind is too threatening. We are so afraid of restlessness…
bDUB: True, very quick to jump to defend.
Yeah, help me see that
DoD: I struggle the same way. We always need perfect temperatures…so afraid to sweat or shiver. Maybe that same mechanism on a larger scale.
bDUB: Yeah I feel that at times but so much is largely based on just reperpetuating and conditioning man. Nobody challenges a thing they ‘hear’
DoD: How to tell people they are mistaken without judging?
bDUB: By empathizing, relating, and honestly not judging. Being sincere but I know its inevitable to encounter opposition. That makes me feel great.
~Spread love thats the brooklyn way~
Dod: I like that!
So simple and perfect. The most we can do is express ourselves and morals inevitably blend
DoD: How to tell people they are mistaken without judging?
bDUB: By empathizing, relating, and honestly not judging.
The key is “honestly not judging.”
